Medicine Without the Rush

We believe quality care starts with having enough time.

Our practice is 100% small animal, and each veterinarian sees an average of just 15 patients per day, allowing you to build lasting relationships with clients while delivering thoughtful, comprehensive care.

Our appointment schedule reflects that philosophy:

• 30-minute wellness appointments
• Sick appointments scheduled for up to one hour
• The flexibility to thoroughly work up cases without feeling rushed
• A Team That Makes Every Day Better

You'll work alongside experienced veterinarians who enjoy collaborating, mentoring, and sharing ideas. Supported by an outstanding team with approximately a 1:3 doctor-to-assistant ratio, you'll always have the help you need to focus on patient care.

New Graduates Welcome

Launching your career should be exciting not overwhelming.

Our structured mentorship program is designed to help you build confidence while developing your own medical and surgical style.

You'll receive:

• Two weeks of dedicated shadowing
• A primary technician and receptionist assigned to support you
• One-hour appointment times with built-in schedule blocks
• Hands-on surgical mentorship with gradually increasing responsibilities
• Daily guidance from experienced doctors who are invested in your success
• You'll never be expected to figure things out alone.

A Schedule Built Around Balance

We know your career is important but so is everything outside the hospital.

That's why we offer:

• Four-day work week
• Three full clinic days
• One surgery day (8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.)
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities
• No after-hours emergencies
• Because exceptional veterinarians deserve time to recharge.
