As the flagship location of PetOne Veterinary in New York, our Rockville Centre hospital serves as the cornerstone of our organization's commitment to exceptional medicine, innovation, and client service. This is a great opportunity for a veterinarian who wants more than a traditional leadership role. You'll help guide the strategic growth of a thriving 24-hour GP and Emergency Care hospital, mentor and develop a talented medical team, and play a key role in building the culture, standards, and future direction of our flagship practice. What we offer:
- Compensation: $180,000- $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Production-based bonuses

We're Looking for a Leader Who:
- Is a licensed DVM (or eligible for licensure in New York)
- Has 5+ years of clinical experience
- Enjoys mentoring and developing veterinarians and hospital teams
- Is excited by the opportunity to recruit, build, and lead a high-performing medical team
