Leach Animal Hospital has served the Mashpee community since 1933, building trusted client relationships and a reputation for high-quality medicine. Today, we're looking for a Medical Director to help guide the next chapter of our practice. Located in the heart of Cape Cod, you'll enjoy easy access to beaches, boating, fishing, hiking trails, local restaurants, and everything that makes the region a destination to live as well as visit. And we're closed Saturdays and Sundays. Because leadership is more sustainable when you have time outside the hospital.

What We're Looking For
DVM or equivalent degree eligible for Massachusetts licensure
Passion for high-quality medicine and patient care
Interest in leadership, mentorship, and team development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
