Our companion animal services include routine wellness exams, sick patient exams and care, surgery, and grooming. Our newly remodeled hospital offers three small animal exam rooms, a surgery suite, and ample kennel space for our hospitalized patients. We have in-house IDEXX blood analyzers and digital (DR) x-ray acquisition.
Farm animal work includes bovine, ovine, caprine, porcine, camelid, and equine. We offer routine herd health care for our dairies, which range from 40-400 cows. We also serve many farmer-feeders. Our cattle feeding clients range from individual animals to 1,300 head capacity. Cow-calf herds include Hereford and Angus seedstock operations, club calf producers, and commercial cow-calf herds. Supporting the youth in our community is an important part of our mission; we work extensively with 4-H and FFA youth as they develop their animals for our county fairs. We also place bovine embryos and ultrasound mares to help time breeding. Occasional poultry and pheasant work is also available.
