Red Bank Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, progressive, growing, AAHA-accredited, small animal hospital located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our focus is on providing what is best for the patients we serve. We are committed to enriching the lives of animals and the families who love them... and that family includes YOU. The hospital is owned by a DVM, who works both on and in the practice, alongside our team. We focus on building the capacity of others through providing tools and resources to allow people to do what they love and love what they do.

Our multiple location small animal practice is located in the suburbs of Cincinnati, just 20 minutes from downtown. What a great place to enjoy work-life balance in this natural wonderland. We have access to miles of bike trails, canoeing, amusement parks, a vibrant arts scene and too many amazing parks to count.
Our team culture is fun loving, enthusiastic and supportive. Our DVM's have created a support system to mentor new veterinarians in the industry, and we pride ourselves on creating an approachable, encouraging and supportive work environment for training new graduates. We are a team of hospitals that are constantly evolving to be better than we were the previous year, day and hour. Our team members are extremely important to us, as they are the backbone of our practice. We have worked very hard to open the lines of communication between departments and our clientele to ensure that we are practicing best medicine and that our days run smoothly.
Our clinic is well equipped with in house blood machines, digital x-rays, laser therapy, digital dental x-rays, ultrasound, PRP, endoscopy and RVT support. Our veterinarians are supportive of each other and practice team medicine. Located in a metropolitan city, we are fortunate to have many ERs and urgent cares near us and do not take call or have late evening hours.
Our benefit package for full- time veterinarian includes: a generous starting salary; full medical benefits including health, vision and dental; AFLAC insurance; Simple IRA; Paid professional liability insurance; Generous vacation package; Gym membership; EAP; CE allowance; Paid state, local VMA dues and AVMA dues. We are willing to negotiate our contract for the right individual. Salary is commiserate with experience.
