Why Lazy 3?
True mixed-animal medicine
Our doctors see everything from routine companion-animal wellness and dentistry to surgery, urgent cases, herd health, equine medicine, livestock, and unique exotic species.
Build the caseload you want
Love small animal medicine but want exposure to large animal cases? Great. Want livestock and equine medicine to be a bigger part of your week? We can work with that too. We want our doctors to develop in the areas of medicine that excite them.
No routine weekends
The clinic is open Monday through Friday and closed Saturdays and Sundays, giving you more predictable time away from work.
Experienced support
Work alongside a collaborative veterinary team and experienced technicians, including team members with dedicated large-animal and livestock backgrounds.
Room to grow
Mixed-animal experience is welcome, but it is not required. Doctors interested in developing new skills will have opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and hands-on experience.

Life in Cisco, Texas
Cisco offers the kind of small-town Texas lifestyle that is getting harder to find: open space, ranch and farm country, a close-knit community, and room to slow things down outside of work.
Located directly along I-20, Cisco is approximately 45 miles east of Abilene and 105 miles west of Fort Worth, giving you rural living while keeping larger-city amenities within reach.
Nearby Lake Cisco provides opportunities for boating and outdoor recreation, while the area's ranching culture and historic downtown give the community its distinct West Texas character.
Cisco also has an interesting place in hospitality history: the Mobley Hotel was the first hotel purchased by Conrad Hilton, making the town part of the beginning of the Hilton Hotels story.
Let’s Talk
If you’re looking for interesting medicine, genuine variety, a supportive team, and the opportunity to create a veterinary career that fits you, we’d love to meet you.
